You will need 3 lengths of 6mm nylon cord: 13ft (4m), 6ft (2m), and 5ft (1.5m). We have these as a bundle at our Equipment Shop and it is encouraged that you use these as they have been specifically chosen for our courses. We recommend getting 3 different colors for easy identification.
